Ingredients
2 cups flax seeds2 cups water1 tbsp garlic powder2 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp braggs liquid amino1/2 tsp red pepper flake
Directions
Soak flax seeds in water for 45 minutes
Add other ingredients
Spread onto 2 parchment lined cookie sheets should only be 2-3 seeds thick. Back of metal spoon works great to spread.
Bake 250 degrets for 2.5 hours cracking oven to let steam out every 30 minutes.
Flip sheet of flackers over after 2.5 hours and bake on other 2.5 hours continue opening door. Total 5 hours
