2/3 Cup Spinach 2/3 Cup Kale/Other greens (or spinach)1 c Pineapple1 T Chia Seeds1/2 t Cinnamon1 1/4 c Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla flavored1 T Vega Protein and Greens (Natural Flavor)
Directions
Pineapple can be fresh or frozen. It tends to blend better when it's frozen. Add ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
