No-Bake Gluten-Free Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup rolled oats1 cup peanut butter1/2 cup dried, unsweetened cranberries or cherries1/2 cup slivered almonds1/4 cup ground flax1 cup chopped walnuts1/4 cup sunflower seeds1/3 cup coconut nectar (or honey or maple syrup)1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (or canned pumpkin)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Spread into greased pan.
Chill until firm. At lest 4 hours. Cut into bars.
Keep well in the freezer.
