1 lb 92% lean ground poultryMinced garlic2 T. Chopped onion3/4 c. Cooked quinoa1 egg1T. Light soy sauce1 t. Sesame oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Form into 20 meatballs. Bake at 400 degrees 18-20 minutes
