Homemade avocado chicken burgers with pepper jack cheese

Ingredients
1lb ground chicken1 avocado, choppedHandful of chopped cilantro1 T lemon juicefresh black pepper4 slices or 4 oz of shredded pepper jack cheese
Directions
Heat grill pan on stove. Lightly mix together all ingredients, except cheese, being careful not to smoosh the avocado. Form into 4 patties. Cook until both sides are golden brown and center is firm. Top with cheese.
