Ingredients
Sauce:half cup mayonnaise2 T.soy sauce2 t. srirachaPancakes:5 large eggs1 t. soy sauce1 t. sesame oil1 t. Sea salt1/3 cup all-purpose flour2 cups finely sliced cabbage1 cup sliced scallions1 cup chopped cooked shrimp2 T. canola oil 1 oz. toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Whisk the first 3 ingredients together for the sauce. For the pancakes, whisk the eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt together. Gradually add flour until incorporated. Fold in shrimp, scallions, and cabbage. Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Ladle a cup of batter into the hot oil & cook 3 min. on each side or til browned.
