Light Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
1 pound pasta1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1 3/4 cup milk3 tbsp flour1 package frozen chopped broccoliTumericGarlic (fresh or powder)Pepper
Directions
Cook pasta and broccoli together until pasta is done. Drain.

Pour 1 1/2 cups of the milk into a saucepan, and heat until simmering. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, remaining milk, and spices. Stir the flour mixture into the simmering milk, and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Remove milk mixture from heat and add cheese; stir until blended. Pour over drained pasta and enjoy!
