Sugar-Free Ginger Spice Cookies

Ingredients
1/6 cup Coconut Oil1/4 cup Maple Syrup1/6 cup Blackstrap Molasses1/8 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or Soy Milk)1 & 1/8 cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon1/4 teaspoon Ginger1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
1.Combine all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.
2.Preheat oven to 375 F
3. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten slightly, then bake 10-12 minutes or until done.
