Ingredients
1 Cup Water1.5 cups spinach1/2 medium apple chunked1/2 c frozen mango chunks1/3 - 1/2 c frozen strawberryhandful grapessweetner (I use stevia)protein powder (I use brown rice protein pwdr)ground flaxseed
Directions
Combine water and spinach in blender. Blend until smooth.

Combine remaining ingredients with spinach mixture ad blend until sooth.

Serving Size: Makes one serving (approx 1 1/2 cup)
