Ingredients:Egg Noodles (dry), 8 ozCauliflower, raw, 2 cup Cooking Spray90% lean ground beef sirloin, 8 oz Onions, 1/2medium, choppedGarlic, 3 clove, choppedFresh mushrooms, 1.33 cup slices Anchovy Paste, .5 tbspWorcestershire sauce, 2 tsp Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.5 cup (whole can)1%, Milk, 2TCanned diced tomatoes, no salt added, 2 cup (whole can)Red pepper flakes Italian SeasoningSoul food seasoningS and P
Boil egg noodles. When they have been boiling for 3 min., add the cauliflower. Drain, set aside.
In same pan, spray cooking spray, heat, then add ground beef, onions, and garlic. When onion starts to get translucent and meat starts to brown, add mushrooms, anchovy paste, worc. sauce and spices [to taste]. When mushrooms are fragrant, add cream of mushroom soup and milk. When it's all evenly hot, add cooked noodles and cauliflower.
Serving Size: makes 6 servings
