Ingredients
2 cloves garlic3 tbs olive oil1/4 tsp crushed red pepper1/4 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 lb 455 g beet greens1/4 cup water
Directions
In an accommodating pot heat
olive oil add
garlic and red pepper
cook as desired
add greens, salt black pepper and water .
Cook to desired tenderness.
Add water if desired.
