Veggie Bolognese

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbspGround Beef Lean, 610gGarlic, 4 clove1 OnionSweet yellow pepper (1 large pepper)8 Tomatosbunch of basilSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
chop garlic and sautee in oil until it starts to brown
add onion and cook until transparent
add ground beef and brown
add a splash of red wine, salt and pepper to taste and the diced pepper
add chopped tomatos (I put them through the food processor)
Cook down for about 45 minutes
Add basil just before serving
