Beef, eye of round, 16 oz (remove)*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup (remove)Tomato Sauce, 1.75 cup (remove)*Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (remove)Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium, 2 cup (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)*1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 0.5 tsp (remove)
Place diced onion and bell pepper in bottom of slow cooker. Cut meat into serving-sized pieces. Salt and pepper. Dredge in flour. Place meat on top of veggies. Mix remaining flour into tomatoes (including juice) and tomato sauce; add remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on low for 5–7 hours.
