Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken Soup

Ingredients
3 chicken thighs1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes1.5 cups black beans2.5 cups chicken broth0.5 cup water1 chopped yellow onion3 garlic cloves1 jalapeno, chopped 1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp chili powderlemon juiceavocado to top if desired
Directions
Place chicken,undrained tomatoes, broth, water, onion, garlic, jalapeno, cumin and chili powder in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken and de-bone/shred. Add back chicken and black beans. Cook until heated through. Top with avocado, cheese and sour cream as desired (not included in nutrition analysis)
