Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
Chopped assorted veggies (I like eggplant, mushrooms, peppers and a little onion) and add to heated saute pan.Add diced ham, allow to heat.Crack 1 egg into the pan and allow to cook for a minute. Scramble the egg into the veggies.Right before serving, add cheese.Enjoy!

spray pan with cooking spray and heat.
