Soft Garlic Breadsticks

White flour, water, yeast, butter, immitation butter flavoring salt, sugar, garlic salt
Add sugar, yeast, and warm water to bowl and let set for 5 minutes until yeast becomes foamy. Add butter flavoring, four and salt. Mix for several minutes until dough is tacky and stretchy. Cover bowl and let set for 10 minutes. Flour counter to roll out dough into a large rectangle. Melt butter and brush on dough. Reserving some butter for when bread sticks are baked. Sprinkle on garlic salt and fold dough in half on top of dough. Using a pizza cutter cut bread sticks and twist. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. You will need 2 or more cookie sheets. Cover with dish towel and let rise for another 20 minutes. While rising pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Brush with remaining butter and more garlic salt if you wish.
