Bacon and cheese mini quiche

Ingredients
250 g streaky bacon140 g grated cheddar cheesechopped onion6 eggs whisked1 tbsp coconut oilsalt, chicken spice, turmeric,origanum, and whatever else spice/herb you fancy
Directions
1. Cook bacon in its own fat, over slow heat in a pan until crispy
remove from heat. Cut into bite size pieces.
2. Add chopped onion to the pan and add 1 tbsp coconut oil, salt, turmeric, chicken spice to the onion and cook until soft and shiny.
3.Spray 6 mini silicone cups(oven safe)/6 muffin pan with spray & cook.
4.Fill the mini silicone cups/muffin pan with layers of onion, bacon, grated cheese and then pour the whisked egg over. 5.Place the cups/muffin pan in the oven for 30 minutes.
Ready when the egg has set. Enjoy !
