Crock Pot Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients
3 Thick Cut Pork ChopsCarrots, cooked, 7 carrotfingerling potatoes, 2 cupHidden Valley Ranch Dry Seasoning Packet (DRY ONLY), 1 ozCream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Directions
Peel and cut carrots and rinse potatoes; add to the bottom of the crockpot in a layer. Add the pork chops on top. Mix the ranch packet and cream of chicken coup and pour over top. Cook for 8 hours on low.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings (this would be half a chop)
