Chicken Chipotle Quesadillas

Ingredients
Flour tortillasShredded Cheddar CheeseChicken breast grilled and diced or shreddedTabasco Chipotle suace
Directions
Grill and season the chicken and cut or shred as desired.
Shred cheese.
Place chicken, cheese, and chipotle on tortilla in skillet over warm burner. Cover with another tortilla. Heat until cheese is melted.
Serve with slasa and/or low fat sour cream if desired.
Makes about 6 quesadillas
