Ingredients
3 Chicken BreastsJuice from 2 limes1 (16oz) bag of corn2 Garlic cloves, minced1/2 red onion, chopped1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1tsp cuminsalt and pepper1 bunch of cilantro, chopped (if desired)
Directions
Cook in Slow-Cooker on low for 8 hours
Shred meat and serve on tortillas.
