Seafood Stuffing

2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt2 oz shrimp chopped6 Tbsp croutons.25 cup shredded cheese
Directions
mix yogurt, chopped shrimp, croutons and shredded cheese. add seasoning as desired. let sit in fridge for about an hour or until croutons soften. use as stuffing for fish, etc.
