Berry Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
-1/3 Cup quick oats-2 Cups frozen berry medley-1/2 cup yogurt-1 cup whole milk
Directions
Blend the oats in the blender, grinding down to an almost-fiber.

Add remaining ingredients and blend. If you're having trouble getting them to blend, push down the chunkier bits to the bottom of your blender and add a little more milk.
