Refried Beans and Rice

4 cups cooked white rice3.5 cups vegetarian refried beans1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese5 Tbl picanti sauce
Cook rice and beans according to package directions.
Scoop rice evenly onto 5 dinner plates.
Scoop beans onto center of rice.
Spoon 1 Tbl picanti sauce onto beans and top with shredded cheese.
Microwave 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Makes five 12 ounce servings
