Low Fat Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
1 Cup of Canned Chickpeas, drained5 Cloves of Garlic1 Tbsp of Tahini1 Lemon, squeezed juice1/2 Egyptian Baladi Pita BreadOR 1 Regular Whole Wheat Pita (western)Mint Leaves, for Garnish.Cucumber and Carrot Sticks optional.Add a bit of unsweetened Almond milk if you want it less thick.
Directions
Roast the garlic on high temperature in the oven until browned (about 5 minutes).

Pop in pita bread in oven while you make the hummus, so it's nice and warm/toasted :).

Add the chickpeas, Lemon Juice, Garlic and Tahini in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Add a couple of mint leaves to garnish.

Take the bread out of the oven, and enjoy!
