Lean Beef, Bison and turkey burger

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (93% lean)1/2 lb. lean ground turkey1/2 lb. lean ground bison1 medium onion, chopped1 tsp. pink salt1/2 tsp ground pepper1 tsp. liquid smoke1 1/2 tsp. Grill mates Montreal steak seasoning to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor just until well blended. Be careful not to over mix so it doesn't become too fine. Shape into 10 patties and freeze those you don't want to serve right away.
