Ping Pong Tuna Patties

Ingredients
1 Pack of StarKist Albacore White Tuna1/4 of medium yellow onion finely chopped2 tbls Planko Bread Crumbs1 EggChivesSaltPepperAny seasonings you like, I used some Slap Ya Mama Seafood boil.
Directions
Crumb tuna with fork. Add onion, chives and seasonings. In separate bowl beat egg then add to the tuna mixture.
Add bread crumbs until it comes to a pasty consistency. Separate into 4 ping-pong sized balls

Heat 1 tsp of olive oil, or coconut oil in skillet and saute patties until golden brown. Let drain and serve warm.

Serving Size: Makes 4 little patties
