Savory Broccoli Pancakes

Ingredients
3 C frozen broccoli, thawed, drained and chopped1 egg, lightly beaten1 T 1% milk2 T low-fat sour cream2 T flour2 scallions, chopped1 T real bacon bits
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Heat skillet and drop batter in what ever fat you choose to cook these in (though, a really good non stick surface will greatly reduce the amount of oil or butter needed). Cook on medium heat just as you would a pancake.
