Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup *Flour, white, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 3 large *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 16 tbsp Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Pecans, 1 oz (20 halves) Granulated Sugar, 1 cup *Flour, white, 1 cup *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 4 tbsp
Directions
mix all dry ingredients except 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 4 tbsp oil. Then add all wet ingredients with the same exceptiong above.

grease and flour pan
pour batter in pan

combine remaining flour, sugar, oil and turn into a crumble mixture. Sprinkle over top of batter.

Bake at 350 for apprx 45 minutes

makes 24 2 oz servings
