Sausage and Veggie Fritate

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped bell pepper6-8 eggs, depending on size (i use 8 medium eggs)1/2 lb Ground Sausage
Directions
- brown sausage in oven proof skillet until almost cooked through
- add veggies and saute until sausage and veggies are done
- turn on broiler to preheat a little
- whisk eggs and add to skillet and cook for about 3 min
- put in oven for about 5 min or until cooked through
