1# Laura's 4% lean ground beef 1 large onion, diced2 stalks celery, diced1 sweet pepper, diced1 poblano pepper, diced14 oz beef broth15 oz diced canned tomatoes4 T steak sauce2 T Worcestershire1 T sriracha1 T balsamic vinegar1 8oz can tomato sauce1 T corn starch
Brown beef in dutch over over med-high heat for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and cook 10 minutes. Add everything but tomato sauce and corn starch and cook until veggies are softened. Stir cornstarch into tomato sauce and add to pan. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
