Ingredients
4 6 oz chicken breast cooked and cubed1 cup red grapes halved1/4 cup chopped walnuts1 granny Smith apple chopped up small6 tablespoons merical whip
Directions
cook chicken and dice into small cubes let cool add chopped walnuts, grapes and diced apple mix together and then add the merical whip and mix it in portion in to 1/2 cups and eat
