Fat Free Carrot Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Carrots, raw, 4 mediumSoy Milk, 1 cup*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
Directions
Sautee onions, garlic and carrots in water until just tender. Add more water or vegetable stock (about 2 cups). Let simmer for approx. 10 min. Add ground cumin seed to taste. Using hand blender, blend soup until smooth or as desired. Add 1 cup soymilk or more water and reheat.
