Ingredients
0.75 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 clove Garlic 0.50 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1.50 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cup Beans - Dark Red Kidney- canned - Shoprite 1.75 cup Hunts Diced canned tomatoes with Basil, Garli & Oregano 200 gram(s) Onion Yellow, raw(1med 200g) 1 cup Brown Rice, long grain (dry)
Directions
Saute vegetables till tender, then add beans and tomatoes. Simmer till beans are tender.

Cook rice separate.

Serve beans over rice and embellish as desired.
