Indian Kichri

Ingredients
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup Lentils, .5 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tsp *cardamon, 1 tsp Cloves, ground, .5 tsp )*Potato, raw, 2 cup diced *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion)Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup *b & g sweet red pepper slices, 6 oz Canned Tomatoes, 411 grams, 14.5 oz canWater, tap, 4 cup
Directions
Heat oil and add the next 6 ingredients. Stir fry on high for about 5 minutes or until rice and lentils start to brown. Add water and simmer for 20 minutes. Chop the veggies in about 1/2-3/4 inch pieces. Add all the rest of the ingredients and simmer another 20 minutes.
