Keto chili

Ingredients
850g ground pork8 rashers thick-cut bacon1 medium yellow onion2 medium red peppers100g tomato paste1 can chopped tomatoes, drained1/2 cup watersalt and pepper to tasteFor the spice mixture:2 Tbsp chili powder (strength to taste, I use medium)1 tsp cumin1 tsp dried basil1 tsp dried parsley
Directions
-Finely dice onion and peppers
-Brown pork in pan until no red is left.
-Chop bacon into small pieces and fry until crispy, then remove from pan (I reserve the grease for use in other recipes)
-Put veg, pork, bacon, tomato paste, chopped tomatoes and water into the crockpot and stir well
-Add spices into the crockpot and stir again
-Season with salt and pepper to taste

Cook for 6 hours on low heat

Serving Size: Serves 6 alone, or 8 as topping for a burger
