Crockpot Pork Brothless Stew

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 32 oz (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 25 large (remove)Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)Ancient Harvest Quinoa Inca Red, 1/4 cup dry, 3/4 cup cooked, .5 cup (remove)
Directions
add pork, garlic and 2 cups water to crock pot, cook for 6 hours
Tear up pork, add all other ingredients and season with herbs and salt to taste
