Vegetable Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
2 pieces bread (I use ancient grains)2 slices provolone cheese1/4 cup Zucchini 1/4 cup zucchini Squash1/4 cup mushrooms1/4 cup spinach3 slices of tomatoesKraft Olive Oil Mayonnaise
Directions
Cut veggies up and grill/saute everything but spinach and tomatoes, after veggies are cooked add spinach and saute until wilted. Put cheese on each side of bread, add grilled veggies and tomatoes and 1 tbls of Olive Oil Mayo, spray pan with Pam and grill sandwich until cheese melts.
