Zero Carb Pizza Crust

Ingredients
Chop cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Boil until soft. Add to mini chopper and whirl until almost liquid.4 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese5 Large Eggs1 tsp Basil1 tsp Oregano
Directions
Mix all ingredients and spread out on a cookie sheet. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and add favorite pizza ingredients. Bake an additional 10 minutes.

    This isn't actually zero carb pizza crust. There are about 4 grams of carbs per cup of cheese. It is really, really low carb though. For one person I used 3 eggs and 3 cups of cheese as my "crust". It turned out very well. I will make it again. - 1/19/17
