1 CUP CHOPPED ONION1/4 CUP CHOPPED BELL PEPPER1/2 CUP CHOPPED TOMATO2 CUPS RAGU SAUCE2 SMALL ZUCCINI PEELED AND SLICED LENGTH WISE4 OZ. LEAN GROUND BEEF, BROWNED/CRUMBLED2 WEDGES LAUGHING COW SWISS GARLIC LITE2/3 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE

SPRAY CASSAROLE DISH WITH NON STICK SPRAY. PUT A LAYER OF ZUCCINI ON BOTTOM, FOLLOWED BY ALL CHOPPED VEGGIES AND CRUMBLED BEEF. CUT BITS OF THE LAUGHING COW CHEESE AND LEAVE LITTLE BITS OF IT ALL OVER, USE 1 C OF SAUCE. PUT ANOTHER LAYER OF ZUCCINI, THE OTHER CUP OF SAUCE AND THE 2/3 CUP OF SHREDDED CHEESE. BAKE AT 400 FOR 35 MIN OR UNTIL TENDER AND MELTED.
