zucchini pasta with pesto, vegs and shrimp

Ingredients
zucchini 230 g (2)Cauliflower 70gmushrooms 70 g (4)celery 40g (2 stalks)sweet pepper 50g (1/2 of a pepper)carrot 65gbrocolli 60gtomato 30g (1/4)red onion 100g (1/2)garlic cloves 2 Pc Pesto Basil 1 tbsp
Directions
Cut zucchini into strips with veg. peeler remove ends. Cut all the other vegs. Cook onions,garlic,mushrooms and pepper for 2 mins then add the other vegs. except tomato,zucchini and celery. Saute a few minutes then add 1/4 c water and the remaining vegs.and add Pesto cover When the zucchini is almost ready add shrimp and finish cooking
