Ingredients

1 1/2 cup rolled oats1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/4 cup brown sugar 3 TBSP + 1 tsp (10 tsp) white sugar 1/2 tbsp margarine, melted1 1/2 TBSP greek yogurt, plain (or sub with additional margarine - 50 calories per cookie)1/4 cup skim milkSplash of vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Blend first 5 ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
Add blended mixture to wet ingredients and stir to combine until dough forms evenly
Form dough into cookie shapes and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to touch
Serving Size: makes 20 cookies
