Baby red potato salad

Ingredients
Baby Red Potatoes, 5 cup cut in bite size pieces, skins on*1 medium vidalia onion, 1 serving- chopped*Celery - 2 Stalks, 3 serving- chopped*Black Pepper, to tasteChobani Greek Yogurt/ Whole Milk, 1 cup *Kraft Miracle Whip, 5 tbsp*mustard (Grey Poupon) dijon mustard, 4 tsp Trader Joe's Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar, 3 tbsp *2 medium hard boiled eggs- chopped*Cumin seed, 1 tsp -pound slightly*Fennel seed, 1 tsp - pound slightly Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp -pound slightly
Directions
cut up potatoes after washing.Boil water, add potatoes, cook until slightly soft. Rinse in cold water.
Chop celery and onions, mix with all the seeds. Pound the seeds slightly to release flavor and fragrance.
Add potatoes
Add hard boiled eggs
Whisk in separate bowl: Miracle Whip, Yogurt, Mustard and Champagne Vinegar. Let sit and tweak to taste.
Pour over salad, mix well, refrigerate, Serve at room temp to allow flavors to come through.
