1 1/2 c. blanched almond flour3/4 c. arrowroot powder1/4 c. golden flax meal1/2 tsp. sea salt1/2 tsp. baking soda4 large eggs1 tbsp. agave nectar or honey1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
In bowl, combine flour, arrowroot, flax meal, salt ad baking soda. I bowl, beat eggs 3-5 minutes until frothy. Stir honey and vinegar into eggs. Mix dry ingredients into wet. Scoop batter into a well greased 7.5 x 2.5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 derees for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Cool and serve.
