Wild Channel Catfish, 2 fillets Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Preheat oven to 350. Put fillets in baking dish/cookie sheet. Melt butter and put seasoning and lemon juice in with butter. "Paint" fish on both sides with mixture and bake for approx 10-15 minutes or until fish is white and flaky.
