Thai Peanut Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
8 oz roasted chicken breast (chopped fine)1 cup precut coleslaw1 cup precut broccoli slaw1 cup finely cut kale (in ribbons)1/2 c very finely chopped green onion1/2 c Trader Joe Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette1/4 c roasted peanuts3 Pieces of Lavash
Directions
Mix all salad ingredients together
Chop chicken mix with Salad ingredients
Roast peanuts, chop and mix with other ingredients
Toss with Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette

Use 3 whole Lavash pieces. Divide mixture into portions and roll up lavash into a wrap. Slice the wrap in pinwheel sandwiches, 6 slices per roll. 3 slices is one serving per recipe

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings - 1 lavash per serving, cut into pinwheel
