water 1.5 cups warmed about 40sec on Highoil 1 tbsphonney 2 tbspwhole wheat flour 1.5 cupswhite flour 1 cupvital wheat gluten 0.5 cupactive yeast, 6grams
Directions
add ingredients in the bread-machine pan, in the indicated order

set machine for 1.5lb whole-wheat program
if it raises fine until 50-40 min to the end of the program but then collapses, add more gluten or reduce yeast.
