Almond flour Crackers (serving = 4 crackers)

Ingredients
2 cups Almond Flour1 egg¼ tsp salt½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350º F
Mix all ingredients forming 2 pieces of dough.

Roll out between two sheets of wax paper, very very thin. Cut into 2 inch squares. Uneven sides can be straightened to create more of a rectangle Bake for 10 minutes, then checking to make they don't burn. But they need to be brown enough to be crisp. Remove done pieces as they brown.

Serving Size: makes 36 2 inch pieces
