Summer Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
2 c shred cabbage green10 g shred cabbage red (1/4 c)1 carrot matchsticked1 tsp ginger microplaned1/2 lime, juiced1 tsp braggs aminos10 g vidalia onion, minced1/2 c kale, shred3 rice spring roll paper (round)1 tsp wasabi powder1.5 tsp water1 Tbls chives, minced
Directions
toss cut up veggies in bowl, add ginger braggs & lime & marinate a few minutes

stir together wasabi powder & water, let stand at least 5 minutes to bring out the flavor.

follow directions on rice wrappers, wetting only one at a time.
place an appropriate amount (as much as you can fit and still roll, approx 1/3 of veggies) in wet wrapper & roll tightly.

sprinkle with chives & serve with wasabi on the side
