Almond Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
2 tilapia filets ( 6 oz each)2 T flour2 egg whitesjuice of 1/2 lemon1 oz toasted crushed almonds1/4 cup breadcrumbs1 T parsleypepper to taste
Directions
preheat 350

put flour in shallow dish
in another dish, put egg whites and lemon juice
in a 3rd dish, mix together crumbs, almonds, and parsley

rinse and dry fish. dredge fish in flour. then in egg, and last through crumb mixture. place in shallow baking dish sprayed with pam. sprinkle any remaining crumbs on top.

    This is a great idea but how long does it bake after you have coated the fish? The 30-minute total time is a hint but have you already toasted the almonds? This is great sounding enough for me to try it, but would have to work out the details. - 5/20/08
