Chilled Tropical Mango Soup

2 mangos, roughly chopped and peeled1 mango, diced and reserved2 limes, zest and juice of1 can of coconut milk; about 1.5-1.75 cups1 cup of orange juice
In a food processor combine the mangos, lime zest and juice, and 1 cup of the coconut milk, blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and stir in the rest of the coconut milk and the orange juice. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for a couple hours.
Garnish with diced mango.
